Introductions to companies that ask for quotes
Companies tell Get matched where they hire, how many people, when and whether a visa is needed, then pick the providers they want quotes from. When they pick you, we send you the request with their contact details and consent, under your referral or partner program.
Tracked links under your referral program
Your profile, comparisons, alternatives and country pages link to your site. Under your affiliate or referral program those links carry your tracking, labelled as affiliate links on the page.
Your data, kept right
Every price, country list, deposit, visa and contractor term on your profile links to your own page that states it. Tell us when something changes and we re-read it at the source.
How referral programs affect ranking, and what is never for sale
BestEOR.co earns a referral commission from 3 providers (RemoFirst, Remote, Velocity Global (Pebl)) when a reader signs up through a link labeled Affiliate. No other provider pays us anything. BestEOR.co reads every price, coverage figure and fee from the provider's own pages, and a referral program never changes one. Where a provider's referral program pays us, its place in our matches gets a referral boost: its fit score is multiplied by up to 1.43, by how much a referral to it is worth to us, so at most 30% of its score comes from the referral program. The boost never lifts a provider that does not fit the hire (one that does not sponsor the visa you need, for one), and every such link is labeled Affiliate. We show a figure only when we have a real source for it; when we do not (for example a quote-only price), we show an honest gap, never an invented number.

Does a referral program change where a provider ranks?
Yes, within a disclosed limit. A provider whose referral program pays BestEOR.co gets a referral boost in matches: its fit score is multiplied by up to 1.43, by how much a referral to it is worth, so at most 30% of its score comes from the referral program. It never lifts a provider that does not fit the hire, never changes a published figure, and every link that earns a referral fee is labelled. Placement on its own is not sold.
What does a provider receive with an introduction?
The company's name and work email, the country, team size, start date, visa need and any notes, sent only when the company picked you and agreed to share its request.
Which referral programs does BestEOR.co work with?
Any program a provider runs for publishers: a network such as Impact or PartnerStack, an in-house affiliate program or a referral agreement. Send us yours and we wire it into your pages.
