On Pro and Max plans, open Customize, then Connectors, click +, choose Add custom connector, paste the server URL and click Add. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds it once under Organization settings, then Connectors, and each member connects it from Customize, then Connectors.

A fee ceiling or coverage minimum only matches providers that publish that figure.

Only providers whose published starting fee per employee per month is at or below this, in USD. Quote-only providers are excluded when set.

get_country_employment_costs

Get what it costs and what the law requires to employ someone in a country: the employer's statutory contribution rate (or fixed amounts), minimum wage, annual leave, notice, severance, probation and other terms, each with its primary source. Accepts a country name, ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code or slug, e.g. 'Germany', 'BR', 'united-kingdom'.

Estimate the annual and monthly cost of employing people in a country through an EOR: gross salary, plus the country's representative employer contribution rate, plus the EOR fee (a provider's published fee, or one you supply from a quote), plus other monthly costs. A budget illustration, not a payroll quote: contribution caps and thresholds are not applied.

Is the BestEOR.co MCP server free?

Yes. It is free and read-only, and it needs no account or API key. Add the server URL to your AI assistant and ask.

Which AI assistants can use it?

Any client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP, including Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT with developer mode, Cursor and VS Code.

Where does the data come from, and how current is it?

From the same provider catalog and country dataset this site publishes. Provider fees were last checked against each provider's own pricing page on Sep 12, 2026, and providers that only quote on request are reported as quote-only rather than given a guessed fee. Every country figure links to the source it was taken from.

Does it keep what I ask?

No. Each request is answered and discarded: the server keeps no session and stores none of the details you send. Like any website, the host logs basic request data such as the time, path and status.

Are the answers a quote?

No. Fees are each provider's published starting price per employee per month, and cost estimates apply a country's representative employer contribution rate without caps or thresholds. Use them to budget and shortlist, then confirm current terms with the provider before you sign.
